The New Covenant
The New Covenant is God's ideal, called "better" when compared with the Old Covenant. "In that he says, 'A new covenant', he has made the first old" (Hebrews 8:13). The New Covenant brings the fullness of what Yahweh desired for people from the beginning: access to His very Life, Who is the Lord Yeshua, Jesus Christ, His only Son. It carries great blessings, duties and consequences for all the peoples of the world. This section gathers the main teachings of the New Covenant into five categories. The Lord's Supper looks at the remembrance, presence and communion of Jesus. The Word of Christ covers the foundational teachings of Hebrews 6:1-2. The Assembly explores the people of God joined together in Christ. The Kingdom of God looks at the good news Jesus was sent to preach. The Name of Jesus shows why believing in His Name brings eternal life. Choose the topic that fits your question, or begin with The Word of Christ for the foundation.
